Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Each coaching session purchased is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Clients are responsible for booking and completing their video-conference session within this 30-day validity period.

Any cancellation or request to reschedule must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Sessions canceled late, missed, or not attended at the scheduled time will be considered used and will not be refunded, credited, or rescheduled.

Any session that is not used within the 30-day timeframe will automatically expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.

By completing a purchase on this website, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
